Announcing our 2008 T-Shirt Contest Winners!
After receiving many exciting designs and ideas from all across the country, we are finally ready to announce our top three choices! It wasn't easy, and we were very impressed with many of the designs we saw, but we had to choose three winners... and here they are!

Official Contest Rules: (August 12, 2008)
This contest is open to all residents of the United States. Those under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the entry form. All entries, images, and ideas must be submitted along with the Official Entry Form.

Participation is free of charge.

In submitting an entry, you acknowledge that the t-shirt design you have submitted is your own original work, has not been previously published, and does not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property belonging to any third party.

If your t-shirt design is selected for use by Catholic to the Max, you acknowledge that you assign to Catholic to the Max and its partners the entire right, title, and interest in and to the copyright in your design. If your design is selected: The first place winner will receive a $500.00 gift certificate to the the online shop (www.catholictothemax.com). The second place winner will receive a $250.00 gift certificate. The third place winner will receive a $100.00 gift certificate. Gift certificates are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Catholic to the Max may use your design in any manner, including but not limited to: reproducing the design, selling items bearing the design, changing or reworking the design by making color or size changes, making derivative works of the design, using the design on the Catholic to the Max website and on promotional material for Catholic to the Max, and registering the design with the US Copyright Office in the name of Catholic to the Max as the Claimant.

If your design is selected, you may not reproduce, sell, or submit the design to others for any other purpose. You do, however, retain the right to acknowledge the use of your winning t-shirt design by Catholic to the Max.

Personal data supplied for participation will be used solely for the purpose of the competition. Participants consent to the use of their names and likeness in association with this contest and Catholic to the Max communication. No contest submissions will be returned; please send a copy if you want to keep your original artwork.

Employees of Catholic to the Max and Nelson Woodcraft, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible for this contest. Households are encouraged to submit multiple entries, but no more than one prize will be awarded per household. Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified. Entries may be disqualified at the discretion of the contest administrators for any reason deemed necessary. Catholic to the Max retains the right to update or alter these contest guidelines and rules at any time. It is the responsibility of the participant to read and agree with these terms before entering.
